For many communities, calculating entrance fee amortization is a
real challenge. For communities using LifeCalc II, it's as easy as
filling in a few data fields about your residents and clicking a
button. LifeCalc does all the calculating; quickly, easily and,
most importantly, accurately. LifeCalc is currently being used by
